All the images on this site are my own personal creations. Created from either my own original photography or my own custom digital artwork.
(except images commissioned from existing copyrights as labeled by the copyright holder)

All images on this site are fully copyrighted (© Laird68.com) unless otherwise labeled.

All Images labeled with a (© Laird68.com) copyright are available for free to download (right click & save) unless otherwise labeled. These images can be used for any purpose, (personal or public) except for selling or displaying for any type of profit by the downloader or anyone else with out written approval from Chuck Sinclair (Laird68.com site owner). 

If any of my works are going to be used on a web site or for any other public purpose. I do require you link back to my site (http://laird68.com) or place a written notice stating "This image is being provided as a courtesy by Laird68.com" onto or next to the image. For public use without a written notice or link back to my site you will need written approval from Chuck Sinclair (Laird68.com site owner) before the image can be used.

Dream Titles are all based on my own dreams. 

They are free and can be used for any purpose, (personal or public) except for selling or displaying for any type of profit with out written approval from Chuck Sinclair (Laird68.com site owner).  

If you would like to use any of my Dream Titles for any public purpose, I do require a written notice either before or after your writings stating, "The blot for this story was inspired from the dreams of Chuck Sinclair (Dream Titles http://laird68.com)" 

No moneys will ever be requested by me for any of my Dream Titles if you get published, or sell any of your works based on my dreams. I would like to request though, that you that you make a donation (amount is purely up to you) to one of my favorite charities as thanks. 

I hold onto all copyrights to my dreams to insure they stay free and available to anyone that would like to use them.
